In keeping with health direction and City of Calgary Bylaws we require all patients over 3 years old to wear a mask while being seen in our Clinic.
If you do not have a mask with you, a surgical grade mask will be provided at a cost of $2.
Please bring the correct amount of change, interac payments also accepted.
