In partnership with South Calgary Primary Care Network we are happy to offer the services of a Mental Health worker to patients for a variety of mental health conditions.

Patients who might benefit from this service could be patients with the following mental health conditions:

1. Depression
2. Anxiety
3. Grief
4. Adjustment disorders
5. Panic attacks
6. Parenting challenges
