Dr. Landy

I received my medical training at the University of Calgary and then did further training to become a Family Doctor and a Lactation Consultant. I chose Family Medicine as an occupation because I love taking care of people of all ages and conditions, and getting to know my patients well. I also have a special interest in Women's Health and Paediatrics. I love teaching and am heavily involved with the training program at the University of Calgary. When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family.

Dr. Chandler

I grew up in BC and completed my undergraduate degree at McGill University.  After that, I attended the University of Calgary where I completed my M.Sc. in organic chemistry.  My journey continued from there to Edmonton where I obtained my medical degree at the University of Alberta in 2008, and finished my training with family medicine residency at the University of Calgary in 2010.  I joined Circle Medical in 2012 and am loving it!  In addition to my family practice, I also am part of a low risk obstetric group and help teach our family medicine residents.

Dr. Jantzie

Dr. Jantzie is a born-and-raised Edmontonian who completed her undergraduate studies and medical school at the University of Alberta. She was eager to come to Calgary for residency because of the city’s reputation for excellence in Family Medicine (much to her mother’s chagrin who is a family doctor in Edmonton). She completed her residency training in 2013, and was the Chief Resident in her final year. She has an interest in women’s health and maternity care. In addition to her family practice at Circle Medical, she also works with the Northwest Maternity Group delivering babies at the Foothills Hospital, and she is the NW Division Director for the University of Calgary's Family Medicine Residency Program. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring Calgary’s restaurant scene, playing basketball, biking around the city, and escaping to the Rockies.

Dr. Anderson

Dr. Anderson is a graduate fron the U of C Family Medicine residency program, and practice family medicine to full scope including low-risk Obstetrics.

Dr. Premji

Dr. Premji has a Bachelors of Science (BSc) in Biological Sciences as well as a Masters of Health Administration (MHA). She completed medical school in 2010 from the University of Calgary. She then pursued her Family Medicine Residency from Queen's University. In 2013, she completed a 12 month Fellowship in Women's Health from Queen's University. Her passion and extra training is in full spectrum maternity care, care of the Mature Woman, and all aspects of contraceptive care. In her spare time, Dr. Premji is a passionate and skilled henna artist. She attends many weddings applying henna on brides throughout the country and at destination weddings.

Dr. Lassila

Dr. Laura Lassila completed undergraduate school with honours from Guelph University and attended University of Ottawa Medical School.   After completing her  Family Medicine Residency in Calgary she has continued to practice Family Medicine  over the past 11 years.   For ten of those years she has practiced at The Alex (an inner city non-profit Community Health Centre) as well as one and a half years clinically at the Calgary Eating Disorders Clinic. Dr. Lassila has enjoyed teaching Family Medicine Residents for the Department of Family Medicine for the past 5 years and has participated in Curriculum development for the Department of Family Medicine Residency Program.

Current interests are Community Family Medicine, Breast feeding clinics and Medical Education.  Dr. Lassila is the current NE Divisional Director for the University of Calgary Department of Family Medicine Residency program.

Included in her accomplishments are:  successfully completing the 100th Boston Marathon (a few years ago), canoeing the Yukon River and skiing some tremendous powder in Fernie.  She however, has yet to participate in Cirque de Soleil.
